Parameters

There are several types pf parameters

  • Base: For controlling and building the equilibrium, mesh, map and polar operators.
  • Diffusion: For running with DIFFUSION model.
  • Braginskii: For running with Braginskii model, these are further separated into:
    • comm: Parameters related with control flow.
    • brag: Parameters mostly related with actual Braginskii model.
    • neut: Parameters mostly related with fluid neutral model.
